- Cancellations made within 6 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.In-Person Events:
- Cancellations made within 3-6 days before the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Kits must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs for the workshop kits are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Once we receive the returned kit and inspect it, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
- Companies with a contract or special agreement with Le Petit Garden may have terms that differ from this policy. Please refer to your agreement for specific details.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
